Chad Allen is a professional American football wide receiver, actor and model. He played college football for the University of Miami, appearing in a bowl game every year during his college career and is currently a free agent in the National Football League (NFL). He was undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft. As an Actor, Allen has had key rolls in various motion pictures, commercials, and TV shows such as Bad Boys for Life, This Is US, Black Mirror, The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia, Gucci, Yamaha, and multiple others. Allen is signed with an acting and modeling agency. Allen currently resides in Miami, Florida.
Early life and college career[edit]
Allen was born in Menlo Park, California.[1] Both of Allen's parents Brad Allen and Gigi Allen are the head pastors of Victory International Church in San Mateo, CA. At a young age Allen went on various mission trips around the world to feed the poor, pray for the sick and help build churches in countries such as China, Mexico, and Burma. Allen was the leader of his church youth group through out high school. Allen attended Menlo Atherton High School where he was a three sport athlete participating in football, rugby, and track. During Allen's senior year one morning while heading to school he stopped to jump out of his car in moving traffic to save a fellow students life from jumping in front of a moving train. This act of heroism went largely unnoticed in the community due to the current high suicide rate. Allen's swift act to risk his own life to save the students life was recognized in private by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office, Sequoia Union High School District, Menlo Atherton High School Principal and staff, and the President of CalTrain. After graduating from Menlo Atherton High School in 2014, Allen was not highly recruited by top Division 1 schools. Allen went on to attend and play football at Foothill College in Los Altos, CA. Allen won the grey shirt of the year award and then was recruited by various schools such as the University of Southern California, University of Arizona, University of Utah, University of Colorado Boulderand theUniversity of Miami following the 2014 season at Foothill. Allen attended the University of Miami from 2015–2018. He joined the Miami Hurricanes in 2015 as a walk-on under head football coach Mark Richt. Allen soon proved himself as one of the hardest working players on the team. Through out his college career, Allen was a sought after motivational and Christian speaker who spoke at various high schools and churches to large groups of youth and adults. Allen went on to declare for the 2018 NFL Draft.

Acting[edit]
While attending the University of Miami, Allen majored in Sports Administration and Acting. After declaring for the 2018 NFL draft Allen also pushed to further his acting career. He embarked his career by landing a role in the movie Bad Boys For Life with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. He was a precision stunt car driver and actor in the film. This key role opened up more opportunities for him in the acting world. Allen went on to be in various commercials for brands like Gucci, Yamaha, Disney, etc. Allen later signed with a modeling agency based in Miami, Sports & Lifestyle Unlimited. In the summer of 2018 Allen moved to LA to continue his acting career while training to stay ready to get picked up by an NFL team. Allen went on to land a roll in various TV shows such as "This Is Us", "Black Mirror", and various music videos. Soon after Allen then signed with an acting agency "The Library Agency". [2]
