His software platform is used by more than 200 legal cannabis dispensaries across California and the United States. Dell'Olio co-founded the California Cannabis Awards, known as the "Oscars of Cannabis".[1]

Personal Life and Education[edit]

Christopher Dell'Olio attended Knight High School in Palmdale, California, graduating in 2012. He then went on to attend the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2015 with an Associate of Science degree in digital/multimedia and information resources. He began his first company at the age of nineteen, and believes strongly in the power of positive thinking to continue growing his business empire.

Business[edit]

Dell'Olio caused a stir when, at age nineteen, he began his own company. Beginning in 2012, Dell'Olio began one of his first business ventures, Battle Perks LLC. Battle Perks was a platform for gamers to wager points in online matches, that could then be redeemed for cash and prizes. After eleven months of total dedication to this Battle Perks, Dell'Olio saw his business begin to lose traction, and was forced to sell in 2013.[2]

From October 2013 to April of 2015, Dell'Olio then worked as the CEO of Code Climb. At the same time, Dell'Olio was working as the senior web administrator at Delta Grove Music, Inc. He was also devoting his time as an SEO specialist at a Los Angeles consulting firm. It was during this time that his close friend, Hilart Abrahamian, contacted him and together they developed a professional education platform for students to learn how to design and develop web and mobile applications. This is when Code Kush LLC, was born.[3]

After him and his friend, Abrahamian, realized there were no forums or all-in-one shops for cannabis trackers, the two of them developed WebJoint together, and are still working hard for the cannabis industry today.[4]

WebJoint[edit]

Christopher Dell'Olio co-founded WebJoint, an all-in-one cannabis software platform that helps manage inventory, sales, delivers, employees, customers and a lot more. WebJoint was created after Dell'Olio, and his friend, noticed most dispensaries were using directories, not websites. First, they began building professional websites, and noticed a trend in features clients kept asking for. They then added in those features, and created the software known now as WebJoint.

WebJoint now hosts over 220 clients across the United States. Primarily a point of sale and e-commerce software, WebJoint is said by Dell'Olio, and users as the "Shopify of Cannabis." As cannabis becomes legal across the United States, Dell'Olio and his company will work to continue its growth.[5]

Accomplishments[edit]

In Spring of 2018, Dell'Olio co-founded the California Cannabis Awards. The awards show featured ten different categories that aimed to celebrate the cannabis business, and the individuals making a difference in it. The show, hosted by Dell'Olio's company, WebJoint, featured rap artist Berner, and held a machine on stage that produced four hundred and fifty joints per minute.

While the award celebrated cannabis, they also aimed to bring light to the medicinal properties of cannabis. The show devoted time to the healing properties of cannabis, specifically how it can help curb the seizures associated with Epilepsy. Hosted in May of 2018, the California Cannabis Awards are now known as the "Oscars of Cannabis."[6]
