Claudine A. Prudencio[edit]

Claudine Afiavi Prudencio, born on 18 Novembre 1966 in Cotonou Republic of Benin is a politician and graduate in juridical sciences from the National University of Benin[1]. Her areas of expertise encompass international commercial arbitration and mediation techniques of conciliation and negotiation, investigation techniques in economic crimes and money laundering as well as concurrence rights in UEMOA. Former minister of handicraft and tourism[2] and currently member of parliament at the National Assembly (Benin)[3], of the sixth and seventh legislature (in progress), president of the commission to Education, Culture, Employment and Social affairs. She is also a member of the Pan-African Parliament in South Africa.

Studies[edit]

In addition to a master in juridical sciences option Business law, Mrs Prudencio has a master in International development law (Roma, Italy) and in Micro-enterprise management from CIESA(Centre International d'Etudes Supérieures Appliquées, Edmundston Nouveau-Brunwick, Canada).

Administrative Functions[edit]

Mrs Claudine Prudencio is a special advisor in charge of public-private partnership of PETROLIN Group and representative of the infrastructure branch of PIC Network Limited in Africa. She is also Vice-President[4] of PIC International in Benin as well as inspector general of the Fondation Espace Afrique.
