Colston Creek
The Colston Creek is a 68 foot tributary to the Potomac River. Starting as a underground spring, The Colston Creek runs straight toward the Potomac River. In the summer of 2017, a major clean-up led to the Colston Creek becoming pollution-free. Since then, it has started welcoming many species of Crayfish and Minnows. The Colston Creek is a very important source of water to the new population of the Bald Eagle that are making a comeback along the river.[1]
