Commercial Trust Limited is one of a group of financial businesses the parent company is Norfolk Capital Group, owned by Andrew and Sharon Turner.
Norfolk Capital Group launched its commercial arm in July 2012, under the trading styles TurnKey Landlords and TurnKey Bridging.
In April 2014, a rebrand led to the launch of the standalone company Commercial Trust Limited, which drew together the buy to let mortgage and bridging loan offering and added their commercial mortgage brokerage to a single brand.
