Creative Kingdom Dubai (CKD) is an American Architectural, master planning, game an animation firm.[1]
It was formed in Los Angeles in 1997 by Eduardo A Robles, Roberto Caragay and Thanu Boonyawatana.
The firm opened their first branch in Los Angeles California in 1997, and has since expanded all over the world, with regional offices in Costa Mesa, California, Chiang Mai,Thailand, Korea, Beijing, China, South Africa, and Dubai, UAE.
With a portfolio spanning many projects across 50 countries[2], CKD is one of the largest thematic architectural firms in the world.
Their primary expertise is in high-end resorts and commercial buildings[3], as it was CKD that led the way to the widespread use of the thematic modern mega resorts or "thematic places" and entertainment venues.
They have designed several of the largest resorts in the world , including the Madinath Jumeirah[4], the Park Hyatt, and the Saint Regis.
CKD provides services in Architecture, Master Planning, Digital Design, Graphics and Video Games.
Although CKD was one of the first major American architects entering the UAE arena, it was the thematic architecture[5] that became the corner stone of their success in The Middle East.
