Czuko Williams

Czuko Williams (Madrid, 1971) is a Spanish photojournalist and photographer who works mainly on documentary photography. Also, between 1992 and 2016 he worked as a freelance contributor photojournalist for several News agencies as Kontak, Demotix, Corbis and Getty Images.

Biography[edit]

Czuko Williams.[1] was born in Madrid in 1971. He studied History in Madrid (1992-1997) and he made a Doctorate in History in 2008. Since 1991 he was working as a freelance photojournalist and photographer. His work has been published in several international newspapers as Le Figaro, El Pais, El Mundo, Il Corriere della Sera, BBC News, The Guardian, New York daily News... His main work has been related with war coverages (as former Yugoslavia, Ivory Cost and Ukrainia[2]) and natural and humnitarian crisis. Covering Humanitarian crisis he has worked with the spanish NGO's Medicos del Mundo (Doctors of the World) in post-crisis scenario at Super Typhon Hayan (The Philippines) and Nepal's Earthquake (Nepal). Also, he has covered the Refugees Crisis in the Balkans Route (Greece, Macedonia and Serbia) [3] Since 2016 he works mainly in personal documentary projects as Stars' Hotel[4], about the homeless people crisis and the long-term Project 'Ape Dumma'[5] about the transculturation of the latest ancient tribes around the World[6]
