Biography[edit]

Dani-elle was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania to Debbie and Basil Kleha on January 9th, 1996. From a young age Dani-elle showed an interest in performing. At 3 years old she sang Angels Among Us by Alabama at a church Christmas program; this was her first public performance. From there Dani-elle continued into musical theater, both acting and singing in many productions. Dani-elle then decided to switch her focus solely to her music career and began local classical vocal training at Marywood University. Dani-elle would also study under the direction of Scott Coulter in New York City who worked closely with Stephen Schwartz on the Broadway musical Wicked. She found her storytelling abilities, passion for the genre, and vocal talent made Country Music a natural choice for Dani-elle. When Dani-elle was 12 years old her parents took her to Nashville, Tennessee for the first time, where her country music career officially began. Dani-elle began studying vocal training under world-renowned instructor Renee Grant-Williams. Dani-elle performed extensively on many stages honing her talent and growing her fanbase. Her journey lead to her releasing her first studio album Dream Big including both original and cover songs. Dream Big was recorded in Pennsylvania. Discovering herself as an artist lead to her recording her debut Nashville recorded album Eleven in which she wrote or co-wrote all 10 songs; co-writing with GRAMMY nominated songwriter Amanda Williams. Eleven was produced and recorded by Chip Martin and mastered by George Tutko.[4]

Dani-elle found herself wanting to use the platform that she had built to make a positive difference in the world. Involving herself in many different charities from volunteering to orchestrating charity concerts and events to help causes near to her heart. In 2018 Dani-elle was asked to be the official National Spokesperson for Veteran's Promise. "Veteran’s Promise assists & advocates for Veterans and their families, in obtaining services and support & raising awareness of Veteran's Suicide."[5] Remaining a positive influence for not only today's youth, but her entire fanbase continues to be one of Dani-elle's main priorities throughout her musical career. Being a victim of bullying herself, her focus on being a positive influence for others led her to creating The Positive Youth Tour. Being much more than an anti-bullying tour, Dani-elle travels to schools with her band sharing her own personal stories of encounters with bullies, how she overcame them, the importance of making the right decisions in life, following your dreams, and living life with an overall positive attitude. The shows on The Positive Youth Tour conclude with a full-band concert for the students. [6]

Dani-elle's musical journey has led to her being the recipient of many awards and accolades. In 2017 she was named a CMA Emerging Artist during CMA Music Festival, which included her own meet and greet booth. These include the 2008 Best Hidden Talent Award at the Pocono Mountain Film Festival, the 2015 Country Artist of the Year at the Steamtown Music Awards, the 2015 Female Rising Country Artist award at the Josie Music Awards, the 2016 Female Artist of the Year at the Josie Music Awards, and the 2017 Female Artist of the Year at the Josie Music Awards.[7] Dani-elle is currently working on releasing new music and expanding The Positive Youth Tour in 2018. "With her fresh new look and sound. Dani-elle is taking the Country Music world by storm one song at a time." [8]
