Daniele Trevisani is an Italian writer and researcher with interests towards intercultural communication and leadership training, psychology of marketing and development, organizational counseling and leadership related fields . He worked for the UN Blue Helmets in training special forces on intercultural communication and negotiation skills . In his research he developed a Communication Model ("Four Distances Model") based on Semiotics and Intercultural Communication, which has had applications in a variety of fields worldwide.
