Career[edit]

Dave Mastorakis is a American Bodybuilder from Massachusetts who competed at the age of 15 in the 1965 IFBB Mr. East Coast contest. 10 years later (1975), Dave went on to win that same contest in his class, while competing with (and befriending) Mike Mentzer. Dave was known as the "Trainer to the Stars" when he moved out to California, training some of Hollywood's best known actors/actresses in the 70's and 80's such as Leonard Nimoy and Jane Fonda. In 1978, Dave won his class in the Jr. Mr. America contest (AAU) being narrowly edged out for the overall by Tony Pearson. Dave’s workouts centered around Nautilus machines and "High Intensity" training techniques. (HIT).
