DeSales Media Group is the communications and technology arm of the Diocese of Brooklyn..[1] In addition to being the holding company for The Tablet, Nuestra Voz (Spanish-Language newspaper and website), and NET TV, DeSales provides instructional media resources to Catholic schools in Brooklyn and Queens through the Catholic Telemedia Network (CTN). The company also serves as a digital marketing and technology agency for Catholic brands and institutions in the Diocese of Brooklyn and beyond, and builds and maintains websites for parishes and schools in Brooklyn and Queens.

Named for St. Francis de Sales, the patron saint of writers and journalists, DeSales Media Group was formed in 2011 to bring together all of the Diocese of Brooklyn's media properties. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Brooklyn, New York[2].

Monsignor Kieran Harrington is the President and Chairman, and Arthur Dignam is the Chief Executive Officer.

Notable Campaigns[edit]

In 2013, DeSales created a campaign called "All Faces" for the Diocese of Brooklyn, which included advertisements that referred to Jesus as "the original hipster." The campaign was was covered by multiple news and entertainment outlets.[3][4][5][6]

In 2015, DeSales commissioned a mural 225 feet hight and 93 feet wide to commemorate the Pope's visit to New York and the United States[7][8].

DeSales also hosts an annual Catholic media conference for World Communications Day[9]
