Dempsey Gibson is a television and feature film writer based out of Kannapolis, NC. To date he has written and created 14 television shows , two feature films and one documentary series. Four of his original series, "Daddy Old School", "5 Years Down/5 Years Done", "Inherent Problems" and "Peddling Fiction" are now being shopped to network and cable outlets. Both his feature film "Purple REIGN" and his documentary series, "Love in Black and White" also have studio and network interest. Dempsey recently entered into a joint production deal with actor Markice Moore ("Snowfall", "The Paynes", "The Walking Dead") to form Both Sides of the Camera Productions. The first projects under the new company will be a dramatic television series "Fight for it" and a horror/suspense feature film titled "Spaghetti". Dempsey has also been hired to be part of the writing team for the new series "We've Got Something in Common" which films in Atlanta GA.
