The Digital Bros Group is a Global Company operating in the Videogames Entertainment Industry, through the development, publishing and distribution of multichannels videogames. The company combines Premium Games and Free to Play Games.

The Company was founded in 1989 by two brothers, Abramo and Raffaele Galante and started its actvity distributing videogames under the brand Halifax. In 2000, Digital Bros was listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and became the only company of its sector listed on the STAR segment. Today Digital Bros is active worldwide and has a diversified product portfolio.

The Group is headquartered in Milan but has offices around the world in United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany and China (with approximately 180 employees).

Digital Bros started its activity as a videogame distributor and then moved to international publishing with a diversified IP portfolio to satisfy different market needs. Thanks to this evolution, Digital Bros is now working on the entire product pipeline, from the first concept of the videogame to its marketing and distribution.

Among the published titles are: Sniper Elite III[1], Payday 2, Assetto Corsa[2], Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons[3], Terraria, How to Survive, Defense Grid 2, Deep Black, Rocket League, ABZU[4], ADR1FT[5] e Virginia[6].

Digital Bros was founded in 1989 by Abramo and Raffaele Galante when the Company was a distributor of big international publisher's videogames such as Pro Evolution Soccer, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Metal Gear and Street Fighter. In October 2000, the Group was listed to strengthen its international presence and is now listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.

In 2007, the Group created the branch 505 Games to support the globalization process and opened new offices in United States, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany. During these years, Digital Bros started the digital distribution on the online marketplaces of Sony, Microsoft, Steam and through mobile channels (smartphone, tablet) and social platforms (Facebook). Today Digital Bros is a Global Company operating worldwide. Among the next releases announced: OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead from the publishing agreement with the Swedish game developer Starbreeze Studios.[7]; Control, a third person action-adventure game developed by the Finnish studio Remedy Entertainment[8]; Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night[9], last creation of Koji Igarashi; Assetto Corsa Competizione, the new video game developed by Kunos Simulazioni with a three year partnership with Blancpain Competition[10]

The Company develops, publishes and distributes videogames worldwide.

The Development is made internally by two acquired studios – DR Studios[11] and Kunos Simulazioni[12] – and the indie studio Ovosonico, in which the Company has a stake of 49% of capital[13].

The Publishing activity consists in the publication of videogames developed internally by mentioned studios or externally by indie developers. The Distribution of videogames can be retail – through chains and shops or digital – through direct distribution on main platforms marketplaces: Sony PlayStation Network, Microsoft Xbox Live and Nintendo eShop. Lately, also digital download on mobile and tablet and new social platform are becoming more relevant in the videogame industry.
