Director of Battling is a position held within Ikon Communications, and is responsible for overseeing the health and definition of the term Battler. The individual is often elected organically, via demonstrating the key characteristics of a battler, a colloquialism referring to "ordinary" or working class individuals who persevere through their commitments despite adversity.

This position is currently held by Georgia Styles of Northcote Point, Auckland and is widely accepted amongst the company that she will hold this position for a significant amount of time, due to her dedication to the role and revolutionizing the role like no others before her have done.
