Disruptivator

Disruptivators refers to a movement founded by Usher's New Look, Usher Raymond IV's nonprofit youth leadership organization, in 2016 in conjuction with the UNL Spark Lab, Usher's first youth center in Atlanta-- An extension of the Usher's New Look organization. Disruptivators are a combination between disruptors and innovators. They are individuals who use their "spark", or passion, to create change. The Spark Lab's goal is to develop more youth disruptivators and will be a place for students to develop social change innovation that falls under the intersection of technology, education and culture. Historically, disruptivators are known to usher in a better future or much needed change through their unprecedented and unconventional ideas. Disruptivators throughout history include, but are not limited to, Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Albert Einstein and Malala Yousafzai.
