Donna Arduin is the president and co-founder[1] of Arduin, Laffer & Moore Econometrics consulting firm.

Biography[edit]

Donna Arduin is mostly known for her work related to state budget management and tax reform. She has served as Budget Director under Governor Engler of Michigan, Governor Pataki of New York, Governor Bush of Florida, and Governor Schwarzenegger of California. She specialized in long-term policy planning and fiscally conservative budgeting.[1]

She has consulted for prominent politicians such as Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, and Florida Governor Rick Scott.

Education[edit]

Ms. Arduin completed a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy at Duke University. Before entering the public sector, she worked for Morgan Stanley in New York as an analyst and for Bank of Japan in Tokyo.[1]
