ENail - Temperature controlled plant oil diffuser. What enails do?

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

An enail is an electronic device that precisely heats a nail to a temperature specified by the end user. The nail itself can be made of many materials ranging from Quartz, Ceramic or Titanium. In order to vaporize any oil it must be heated, every oil has its own vaporization temperature. For Desktop enails they plug into the wall, they are the most reliable, most accurate, and most simple to use. All you do is turn on the power switch, set the temp one time to the temp you like, and forget about it.... from that point on they all remember your favorite temp and will reheat to your favorite temp every time even after being unplugged. Portable enails are much more convenient but so far lack proper heating and control to fully enjoy your oils
