"ease." is a Canadian Indie pop duo consisting of high school friends Erfan Adeshi and Madysin Gifford. The duo met in White rock, B.C, Canada, in 2018 after graduating high school.

Career[edit]

Independent musical duo ease. made a dramatic debut with ‘close to you’. Hailing from White Rock, British Columbia, the 19-year old duo released the first single "close to you." on January 18, 2019.[1]

Members[edit]

Erfan Adeshi was born on October 11th, 1999 in Tehran, Iran. He moved to Canada in 2017. He started playing the piano at the age of 6 years old, and eventually picked up the guitar at 15. When he was 15, he started to produce music on his computer. He still works on creating new electronic music whenever he can. He is greatly influenced by Hans Zimmer, Flume, and Bishop Briggs. When Erfan is not making music, he is attending UBC, where he is an engineering student.

Madisyn Gifford was born on July 5th, 2000. She grew up in Delta, British Columbia, Canada then later moved to White Rock, British Columbia. She started singing at a very young age, and started musical theater when she turned 6 years old. She participated in competitive dance from the ages of 8 to 15. When she turned 16, she started taking guitar and vocal lessons. She released her first EP, titled Day Dreams, at the age of 17. She’s heavily influenced by Stevie Nicks, Vance Joy, and Hozier. Madisyn currently is a photographer Charles Stewart International Modeling agency, and also a fashion photographer as well.
