Elaine Simpson is an international speaker, author and consultant.[1] She is the founder and president of Occupancy Solutions, LCC specializing in the hospitality and property management industries.[2]
Education and early life[edit]
Simpson was born in Detroit, Michigan. She is one of the triplets born on Christmas Day. Simpson completed her graduation from Wayne State University in 1991. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Arizona and a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is also certified John Maxwell trainer and coach.
Career[edit]
Simpson has been employed in the housing industry since 1986. She started as a leasing agent, she moved up, working as assistant manager, site manager, executive director and finally senior regional manager. She founded Occupancy Solutions, LLC to provide site operations, marketing, leasing, sales consulting and training services for multifamily and hospitality professionals throughout the United States.[3]
She is a National Speaker, Consultant, & Trainer with offices in Detroit, Michigan and Phoenix, Arizona. She is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Personal Life[edit]
Simpson was married to the late Scott A Larry. They had 3 sons, two were of Larry and one of Simpson. After he passed, Simpson moved permanently to Arizona in the fall of 2018.
