Enrique Barboto (Born April 30, 1995) is an American soccer player who currently plays as a Midfielder for Råslätts SK.[4]
Career[edit]
College and amateur[edit]
Barboto played youth soccer for the Tampa powerhouse Tampa Bay United. He also played at Steinbrenner High School[5] where he contributed to a Regional Championship and a FHSAA State Finalist run. Barboto then played for Barry Buccaneers in Miami Shores.[6] He then transferred to Tampa Spartans in 2014. Barboto made another transfer to Iona Gaels in 2015.[7]
Semi-professional and professional[edit]
Barboto played for USL League 2 side IMG Academy Bradenton in 2016.[8] Barboto signed with German side FSV Erlangen-Bruck in 2017.[9] FSV Erlangen-Bruck played in an international club friendly against FC Bayern Munich.[10] He returned to IMG Academy Bradenton in 2018. In 2019, Barboto signed with the Swedish club Råslätts SK.[11] Råslätts SK drew Skövde AIK in the Svenska Cupen where Barboto saw his debut start in this Swedish Competition.[12] In the next round, Råslätts SK were up against GAIS where they lost 1-0.
