Evan Romansky (born November 19, 1990) is an American screenwriter. He is widely known for being the creator and co-executive producer for Ratched (TV Series).
Early life[edit]
Romansky grew up in Montgomery, Ohio, a suburb outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up with two sisters, Lauren and Jillian. A 2009 graduate of Sycamore High School, Romansky developed a passion for the written word while working on the school newspaper.
Romansky is an alumnus of Ohio University, majoring in Broadcast Journalism and the Loyola Marymount Universtiy School of Film and Television.
Career[edit]
On September 7, 2017 it was announced that Romansky's series Ratched (TV Series), was acquired by Netflix for a two-season, 18-episode, straight-to-series order. The show is expected to release in 2018.
