FOOTPRINTS FOR PILGRIMS was one of those surprising treasures discovered in a bookstore. I had not heard of the little book but immediately realized it was a treasure. The language is pre turn-of-the-20thCentury and the various authors are indicated by initials only. In the reference above from Gospel Folio Press, some of those authors are named: John Gifford Mellett, John Nelson Darby, Edward Dennett, George Vicesimus Wigram, but then simply adds "& Others." In my reading this morning, the author, E.D., remarks, " Madame Guyon used to say, ..." This could likely indicate a wider chronological spread of the lives of the authors.
