Subsidiaries[edit]

Currently Franchise Holdings International has one fully owned subsidiary Worksport LTD[2]. Worksport LTD is an international tonneau cover manufacturer.

Worksport[edit]

Worksport, Franchise Holdings International's wholly owned subsidiary, was founded in 2011 to innovate existing tonneau cover manufacturers. Tonneau covers have remained much the same in price and design since 2005 with one main company controlling a majority of the tonneau cover market. Worksport innovates the automotive aftermarket and OE manufacturing market for light trucks. Worksport is also working on new technology; Worksport Helios.

Solar Technology[edit]

The Helios cover is a full truck bed system that converts Solar energy into 400 watts of power. The energy is stored in Lithium ion battery banks, within the trucks bed, and inverted to 5000 watts of AC power on demand. The Helios project is geared towards charging electric and Hybrid electric truck.
