Frank Gansz Jr.

Frank Gansz Jr. is an American football coach currently serving as Special Teams Coordinator of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. Gansz Jr. previously served as Special Teams Coordinator for three National Football League clubs, including the Baltimore Ravens (2006-08), Kansas City Chiefs (2001-06) and Oakland Raiders (1998-00). Gansz Jr. also has extensive experience at the collegiate level as a Special Teams Coordinator, including stints at Southern Methodist University (where he spent time with current Ticats head coach June Jones, 2011-13), University of California at Los Angeles (2008-11) and University of Houston (1992-98). Gansz Jr. was also a Tight Ends Coach at Houston and spent time as an Assistant Coach at the United States Military Academy at West Point (1990-91) and University of Pittsburgh (1989-90), and served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Kansas (1987-88).

Additionally, Gansz Jr. served as Special Teams Coordinator for the New York/New Jersey Knights in 1992 and was Special Teams Coordinator for the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in 2013 and 2014.[1]
