Frederick Joseph Bourne III (born March 11, 1992) is an American singer-songwriter and musician.

Early life[edit]

Bourne was born in Freehold, New Jersey and raised in Jackson Township. During high school, Bourne joined two bands, performing at The Stone Pony and Starland Ballroom. Bourne began to pursue a solo career in 2010, working with Mick Walsh from The Adventures of Stevie V. Bourne attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating in 2014. During college, Bourne interned at The Howard Stern Show and Viacom.

Career[edit]

When starting his solo career, Bourne played in coffeehouses and bars in New Jersey and New York City such as SideWalk Cafe and The National Underground. Bourne released his first album Only Human in 2013 with the independent label Jersey Boy Records.[1]

In 2017, Bourne released a second project entitled I Wrote These Songs With Heavy Vibes and a Piano in 2017 with The Latest Noise record label.[2][3]

In 2018, Bourne signed with Netherlands-based label VINCO-BME. Bourne release his third project The Childhood Birthday Party That Nobody Came To on August 6, 2018.[4]

Bourne recorded a live acoustic EP titled Vulnerable Commercialism in March 2019 with the independent label Lokish Records. In support of the album, Bourne embarked on a seven day tour in June 2019.[5][6][7][8][9]
