In order to preserve the true essence of hip-hop in the form of lyricism, Spiritual Bars is an album by female artist GIN from Los Angeles, California. After observing the trends in the current hip-hop music scene, GIN felt it is her calling to put together an album that brings back the raw expression infused with consciousness, hence Spiritual Bars. The album is hip-hop with a bit of trap.

GIN fell in love with hip-hop at a young age and growing up in South East Los Angeles, exposed her to the various elements of hip-hop. She started in the industry as a promoter, organizing events and booking talent and has worked with the likes of ONYX, Kxng Crooked and Chino XL.

Her new album "Spiritual Bars" features the single "The World" which pays homage to legendary rapper Nas and features a French verse from rapper Komo Sarcani from Paris, France.

"The World" was played on Sway in the Morning's Shade 45 in New York City, and was number #1 on the U.S. College Charts.

GIN was recently on tour in South Africa and is building an international fanbase. Her music is on rotation on college radios in the U.S. and is on rotation in Dubai nightclubs in the Middle East.
