Gaboze Pocaio is a hardware project started by 32teeth and his magical adventures into handheld gaming consoles.
The name Gaboze Pocaio is a concatenation of the words Game Boy Zero Pocket All In One.
Gaboze Pocaio is a circuit board is design to fit the Nintendo Gameboy Pocket form factor.
It is a drop in replacement that features:
- 2.4" TFT LCD (ILI9341 SPI Driver)
- Footprint for a Raspberry Pi Zero
- A custom button library for Eagle CAD developed by 32teeth and is available for free on GitHub
- The custom button library is unique in that it features a footprint for a 6mm x 6mm tactile switch, conductive traces as well as a drill guide
- Audio is broken out for both 3.5mm headphone jack and speakers
- Speaker is amplified using an LM3875 made by Texas Instruments
