Global Performance Index

The Global Performance Index (GPI) is an introspective[1] behavior[2] self-report[3] which measures performance and progress in personal development. The purpose of the GPI is to develop mental health for High Performers such as Elite Athletes, Artists and Executives. Its approach embraces a holistic view of Performance: Mind-Body-Heart-Spirit. The GPI was developed by the High-Performance Coach Alex Kergall in 2017.
