Luke Eilers, better known as GoldJacketLuke, is an American YouTuber, known primarily for his videos on dating, pickup artistry, pornography addiction, and fapstinence.[2][3]
Biography[edit]
Luke Eilers was born in Los Angeles in 1991. In 2013, Eilers began making appearances on AwesomenessTV, Nickelodeon's sketch-comedy television series based on the identically-named YouTube channel.[4][5]
Eilers started his own YouTube channel in June 2013, although he did not begin to gain international attention until 2016 when British tabloid newspapers such as The Daily Telegraph and the Daily Star began reporting on a range of videos that Eilers had posted to his channel.[6][7][8] In 2017, Eilers endorsed the NoFap movement and announced his intention to avoid pornography and masturbation indefinitely, posting a series of videos discussing the experience.[9]
