Gretex Corporate Services Limited is an Indian Merchant Bank headquartered in Mumbai. It is a SEBI Registered Category- I Merchant Banker,[1] offering a wide range of Financial & Consultancy Services in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Loan Syndication, Corporate Advisory, Capital Issue Management, Compliance Advisory across India and International Financing opportunities through Outsourcing. Gretex got listed on BSE SME India on August 9, 2021. [2] [3] It is recognized as a Top Volume Performer for SME IPO in FY 2017-18 in India by Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). [4]
History[edit]
Gretex was incorporated in 2008, Kolkata, where initially, it provided project finance services to companies through banks and financial institutions. In 2011, the company started providing Capital Market services such as Direct listing of companies on Nationwide stock exchanges. This new venture gave management an interest to explore more opportunities in Capital Market. As a result, in 2013, Gretex applied for Merchant Banking license with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SEBI provided the company with Initial Certificate of Registration with a validity period of 5 years. In 2019, the initial certificate of registration got renewed and a permanent registration was provided by SEBI.
Since six years, Gretex has been carrying out a host of diverse Financial Services- management of fund-raising activities, investment advisory, underwriting of issues, role of a manager, consultant or adviser to any issue including corporate advisory services and as consultant or adviser to the issuer. Gretex is widely recognized in SME Space as a SEBI Registered Category- I Merchant Banker.

Gretex provides diverse Financial & Consultancy services, especially among SMEs in India. With a vision to explore deeper into other areas of Main Board IPO, Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, it aims to expand its operations all over India and also Internationally.
Gretex provides a host of diverse Merchant Banking and Investment Banking Services like IPO, M&A, Demergers, Valuation, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Delisting, Open Offer, Exit Offer, Buy Back, Rights Issue, Preferential Allotment, Corporate Advisory, Debt Syndication, Qualified Institutional Placements, Compliance Health check, Statutory Compliances and Secretarial Support Services. It also provides its services globally through outsourcing.
Gretex developed an expertise in the area of identifying Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), determining their funding requirement and catering to their funding needs by taking them public by means of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the SME Exchanges of India.
