Hailing César

Hailing César is an independent documentary film about Eduardo Chavez's personal journey to understand the legacy of his grandfather, the civil rights leader César Chavez.[1]

The film was directed by Eduardo Chavez and produced by Sirous Thampi.[2]

Hailing César features music from Macklemore, Crooked Stilo, Nick Hakim and Australian musician Terry Mann. It includes archival footage, animation, and interviews with Chavez family members. The film premiered at the AmDocs Film Festival in Palm Springs in April 2018.[3]
