Early life[edit]

Born in 1993 to Adam & Sharon Conti, he was educated at St Johns Prep School and St Martin's School, Brentwood. He later attended the University of Lincoln.

Career[edit]

Conti has been linked to a number of successful business ventures such as FreshRent[1] which is a Student Accommodation portal, in 2016 Freshrent notably claimed to beat Rightmove in the student accommodation market, boasting more signed up agencies than any other online portal at the time.[1]

In 2015 Conti formed Lincoln Property Company LTD which provides real estate services across the East Midlands. In 2016 it was reported by The Lincolnite that the company acquired a property portfolio worth in excess of £3million[2]. Since 2016 Lincoln Property company has announced that it controls over £29,000,000 worth of real estate in the East Midlands. In 2017 Lincoln Property Company launched a student arm of the company known as Student Housing (Lincoln) which oversees the management of over 1,000 student tenants in the City of Lincoln.
