Hephzibah Suobo (born 23 September 1973) is a Nigerian Motivational Speaker, poet, and Entrepreneur. He was nominated for the Senior Orator of Nigeria (SON). He is the crowned prince of OBU, The 3rd Igbomotoru 2, Bomo clan Southern Ijaw in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. He was delegated to represent [1]Nigeria at the United Nations in 2019 for the 7th General Assembly (UNGA) with fellow African delegates to convene an African Youth Climate Council, adopting the Denmark initiative. Hephzibah is also the president and founder of World Affirmative Action Awards (WAFAA)[2] an organization that received the United Nations and Africa's recognition[3] for contributing to the African Protocols on People's Rights and Rights of Women (APRRW) and The Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEEDAW)

Background and education[edit]

He completed Sacred Heart Primary School. Mile 2 Diobu, Port-Harcourt 1985, and passed the Common Entrance Exam and was admitted into Government Secondary School Twon Brass 1988 where he sat for Junior Secondary School Certificate Exam, and proceeded to Government Secondary School Borikiri, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1991 where he obtained SSCE. In 1993 he worked as a staff of Eleme Petrochemicals Complex Limited (EPCL) under British and Japanese expatriates (CHIYODA). He studied for Bachelors in Banking and Finance at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria 1994- 1998. He enrolled and graduated as best performing student at Christversity Word Institute 1999-2000. And received an appointment from the Provost as registrar and honorary lecturer on Christian education and leadership. after that, he became a Leadership coach, freelance minister and success motivational speaker 2001 -2015, hosted Global Impact Seminar 200-2003 attracting audience cutting across professional platforms and faith-based organizations with a focus on impacting life skills, leadership and stewardship development, personal capacity building, and success attitude development through Hephzibah Leading Leaders Organization ( HELLO) which he founded.

He started Rich Student Poor Student Seminar 2012 targeting 41 million students currently in school every year and 500 thousand graduates from over 120 universities and semi tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Speaking on peak performance, educational excellence and financial intelligence across many undergraduate platforms and high schools motivating students to earn while they learn by taking advantage of the Free Enterprise System before and after graduation. A program endorsed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN 2009).
