Biography[edit]
Tegucigalpa was the cradle that saw the birth of the talented singer-songwriter of praise and worship, Herson Martínez. At ten years of age, the family of Herson relocated to Tampa, an American city in the center of Florida, where his parents started a church as Pastors . There, his mother also served as one of the singers, which inspired Herson to learn to play drums. Developing his musical talent while still young, Herson discovered his passion for music and his desire to dedicate himself to it.
The tenacity and determination of this Honduran singer took him to study musical theory and vocal technique with the goal of launching his artistic career. Over time, Herson has developed his own musical identity combining the genres of praise and worship with Instrumentation and electronic effects creating a fresh sound in the Christian music industry.
He launched his first single, "Hosanna al Rey" in 2012 and his first EP, "Tu Reinas" in 2014. The year 2017 saw great goals for Herson, beginning with the release of their first full album Como León

He launched his first single, "Hosannaal Rey" in 2012 and his first EP, "Tu Reinas" in 2014. The year 2017 saw great goals for Herson, beginning with the release of their first full album «Como L eón », produced by Borys Sánchez of Face2Face Studios and Bob Saint John, with the hits« Encuentro (As Son) »,« Sube Más », and« Como León ». As part of his promotional tour for Como León, Herson traveled to twenty cities in more than seven countries in Latin America and the United States.
One of the most crucial moments in his travels was his encounter with the need in the country of Venezuela. Since then, Herson feels a renewed commitment in his career and ministry to bring the hope of Christ through his music. His inspiration is born in everyday moments and spontaneous experiences during his concerts. Herson is clear that the message in his music will always be of salvation and an expression of worship to Christ.
Currently, Herson is preparing to begin the production of his next album with new compositions and collaborations while continuing to engage other Latin American countries with his music.
Personal life[edit]
In 2015 Herson Marries Vivien Aronna who comes from a pastoral and missionary family in Medellin Colombia.
