Hilltop Consultants is an on-campus consulting organization at Georgetown University. The undergraduate-run agency selects six to seven clients each semester.[1] Previous clients listed on the organization's website include Goodwill, United Way, Teach For America, and Greenpeace.[2] Each Hilltop team is comprised of a project manager, senior consultant, and three to four junior consultants. [3] Project teams are regulated by a board of directors that comprises of a President, Director of Personnel, Director of Consulting, Director of Client Engagement, Director of Development, Director of Marketing, and Director of External Outreach.[4] Each hiring class is comprised of approximately fifteen students from all four of Georgetown's undergraduate schools: Georgetown College, McDonough School of Business, School of Nursing and Health Studies, and the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.[5]
