Icahn: The Restless Billionaire is an HBO documentary written, produced and directed by Bruce David Klein.[1][2] It is an Atlas Media Corp Production.

The documentary dives inside the life and deals of the self-made billionaire Carl Icahn. In addition to unprecedented access to Icahn himself, the documentary features revealing commentary, interviews and anecdotes with business journalists, Icahn’s family, and fascinating personalities who offer insight on how the “Master of the Universe”[3] became one of the Top 100 richest people in the world.[4]

Icahn has owned, operated, bought, sold, or shaken up some of the world’s most famous companies. Icahn: The Restless Billionaire explores the deals of eBay, Texaco, TWA, Apple, Herbalife, and Netflix, among others. The documentary addresses the presumed succession by Icahn’s son, Brett Icahn – and includes appearances by Bill Gates, Oliver Stone and journalists Andrew Ross Sorkin, Rana Foroohar, Scott Wapner and Brian Burrough.[2]

The film premieres on HBO on February 15th, 2022 and available to stream on HBO Max.[2]
