On January 17th, 2017, it was announced that Menzel would embark on a world tour in support of her fifth self titled studio album. The tour will travel to over 50+ cities.[1] She would perform in Asia (including Japan) and various cities across North America including Chicago, a sold-out show at Los Angeles' legendary Greek Theatre, and a show in her hometown of Long Island, NY being one of the first few acts at the newly renovated Nassau Coliseum. A few weeks later, Menzel announced dates for her European leg (mainly featured concerts in the United Kingdom). One concert included a return to London's legendary Royal Albert Hall (where she previously appeared in the 2008 concert production of the musical Chess and brought her Barefoot at the Symphony Tour there in 2011).
