Integem Inc.

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Integem Inc., develops Holographic Augmented Reality Technology[1] in Silicon Valley.

Holographic Augmented Reality (AR) [1]is a way to interact with technology through the use of natural human interfaces[2] and immersive virtual environments.[3] In particular, Holographic AR emphasizes how people interact with technology via natural human interfaces,[4] such as body movement, gestures, voice, facial expressions, etc.

Integem's technology can be applied to markets such as interactive movie[1], interactive art design[5], and advertisement, education,[6] gaming[7], and others.

History[edit]

Integem was founded by Dr. Eliza Du in 2015. In Summer 2018, Integem launched a summer camp program[5][1] for Holographic AR education, and began building a Holographic AR community.

Technology Development 2015-Present[edit]

Integem iCreator: Holographic AR visual programming language[edit]

Integem iCreator is a Holographic Augmented Reality visual programming language. iCreator's visual programming language allows users to utilize images, videos, and 3D models to create interactive Holographic AR experiences.

Integem iPlayer: Holographic Augmented Reality (AR)[edit]

Similar to traditional Augmented Reality technology, Holographic AR can overlay virtual objects in a real-life scene. Different from traditional augmented reality technology, Holographic Augmented Reality (HAR), is the means to extract people and objects from real-life and immerse them into virtual worlds where they can interact with virtual objects without the direct need for a Virtual Reality (VR) headset,[8] or special glasses / headwear.[9]

Educational Programs 2018-Present[edit]

Integem educational program and summer camp[edit]

Integem utilizes Holographic AR visual programming language to develop educational programs for K-12 students. In summer 2018, Integem offered several summer camps, which taught students about the concept of Holographic AR, basic Holographic AR programming, design thinking,[10] user experience,[3] and digital arts. Integem's educational program and summer camp integrates STEM education with art and design thinking.

Integem Holographic AR community for students[edit]

Integem has an online Holographic AR community, which provides tutorials, resources for 3D, 2D, and GIF, as well as AR projects shared by students and professionals.
