The Ionospheric Scintillation eXplorer is a cubesat built by PolySat at California Polytechnic in San Luis Obispo whose payload was provided by SRI international. Its mission objective is to characterize the phenomenon known as ionospheric scintillation using an ultra-high frequency radio scintillation receiver[1]
