Iris Martin

Iris Martin, M.S.(Psychological Services, Unversity of Pennsylvania) is a globally recognized expert in transformational psychology, a best-selling author, and an advisor to Fortune 500 CEOs and political leaders for over three decades. After completing her graduate work, Iris worked for Gemini Consulting's CEO David Teiger, to develop a psycho-operational approach to organizational transformation that delivered measurable and dramatic bottom line results. Shortly thereafter, with David's help, Iris started her own consulting company, Creative Dimensions in Management, a CEO Services Support Firm, devoted exclusively to help Fortune 500 CEOs implement wall to wall transformation in their organizations. The Company quickly went global, with offices in Philadelphia, New York, London, and Melbourne, delivering long-term consulting projects in the UK, Europe, Asia, Canada, Singapore, Israel, the Netherlands and the US. Upon selling the Company, Iris penned her first book, "FROM COUCH TO CORPORATION" detailing her consulting models. The book remained on the trade best-seller list for over three years, and won the prestigious "One of the 50 Most Important Books in Psychology" by the American Psychological Association. Iris then formed the Institute for Corporate Therapy, a post-doctoral licensing program, training thousands of clinicians in the practice of Corporate Therapy.

In 1996, Iris was invited to consult with President Clinton on applying transformational paradigms to a wide variety of domestic and global initiatives. She wrote and produced three White House documentaries showcasing the work of both President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton. She was appointed to the White House Millennial Council and helped plan and implement the Lincoln Memorial celebration. She contributed to two States of the Union, consulted with the President's legal team during the impeachment and acquittal process, and was a founding member of the Clinton Global Initiative.

In 2001, Iris' first novel, "THE PRESIDENT'S PSYCHOANALYST" was optioned by Goldie Hawn's company, Cosmic Entertainment, and Iris moved to California where she lives today.

In 2008, Iris wrote the self help book "MORTGAGE WARS" to assist homeowners in foreclosure save their homes, and her consultancy settled hundreds of mortgage litigation cases through negotiations with Chase Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

In 2010, Iris founded a new company, "YOUR BESTIE" to deliver the first AI fully conversational digital human psychotherapist, to provide the mass market with immediate, clinically correct, psychological advice and support. The Company is set to launch it's product in January, 2019.
