Izakaya Toyo (居酒屋とよ) is a street-side izakaya or standing food stall bar in the Kyōbashi district of Osaka, Japan named after its owner and chef, Toyoji Chikumoto or "Toyo-san".[1] The restaurant mainly serves sushi and other seafood such as its signature blowtorch-broiled tuna cheek.
