Jalen Wayne
Jalen Jakory Wayne (Born May 13, 1999) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is the son of Jeffrey and Janice Wayne and Nephew of All Pro NFL Wide Receiver Reggie Wayne of the Indianapolis Colts.[1] Jalen was also recruited by Arizona, Troy and Western Kentucky and offered by UAB. [2]
Early life and High School[edit]
Wayne was raised in Spanish Fort, AL and attended Spanish Fort High School for his senior year. He was selected as for honorable mention all-region pick as a senior by AL.com
College career[edit]
Wayne plays college football at for the South Alabama Jaguars, playing Wide Receiver. He is currently listed as the starter at the ‘X’ wide receiver position for the 2021 season. [3] In 2019, as A Redshirt Sophomore, he appeared in 9 games, making 2 starts. Wayne played in 16 games over his first two seasons an was able to use a redshirt in 2018.
