Janko Vucinic (Serbian Cyrillic: Јанко Вучинић) (born May 13, 1966 in Nikšić, Montenegro, Yugoslavia) is a Montenegrin former professional boxer and politician. He is the President of the political party in Montenegro, Workers' Party (RP). RP is a constituent member of the opposition Democratic Front parliamentary club in the Parliament of Montenegro [1] .
Private life[edit]
Janko Vucinic was born in 1966 in Nikšić, Socialist Republic of Montenegro, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He graduated at the Metallurgic-Technical Faculty at the Veljko Vlahović University in 1991 Titograd.After finishing studies, he works in Željezara – Nikšić. He was the President of the Union Organization of Željezara from 2004.
Political life[edit]
From 2008 to the political engagement in Democratic Front he was the President of the Central Committee of the Free Trade Union of Montenegro.Until entering the Democratic Front,he was not a memeber of any political party.On 3rd March 2015 Janko Vučinić, former union leader announced the formation of a new left-wing Workers' Party .Since its foundation, RP is a constituent member of the opposition Democratic Front (DF) alliance.
