Applied Chess Science (the practical application of Chess intelligence in professions) is a modern educational ideology that was postulated by Jawolusy in the said Quadrilingual Chess Book. "Applied Chess Science is the act of exploring and maximizing the social, developmental, educative, and the scientific potentials of the popular Chess game beyond its usual competitive facet". The practical application of Chess intelligence in the field of Architecture is a real-time example in this context. In reference to the conclusive section of the Nigerian Chess book, Applied Chess Science was recommended as a new field of academic study in various Universities across the globe, alongside, he also proposed the establishment of a University of Applied Chess Science in every country. The ultimate goal of this timely initiative is to stimulate a sustainable chess-driven edu-social solution in Nigeria and Africa at large (with time, other continents); a sort which entails technical subjects to be taught in various academic environments through different indigenous languages.

In reference to the Chess-based architectural science by Jawolusy; The dynamics of Rook's moves were applied for the creation of vertical/horizontal lines,

Diagonal lines were created through the dynamics of Bishop's moves,

Circular (ellipse) path was created through the dynamics of the Chess' King/Queen moves,

Lastly, the concept of the Chess' Knight's "L" shape move was used in creating the door design and the window design.

Sideways, the locus of the Chess’ Knight was also used in creating the door/window designs.
