Jimanyaki

Jimannyaki[1] is a type of Imagawayaki or Obanyaki that is specific to Nagano Prefecture in Japan.[2] They are filled with custard or sweet bean paste known as annko.[3]
This began to be produced by Fujiya in Ueda city in 1935. Its name was changed in 1945 to Fujiaisu because it began to sell ice cream.[4]
