John Paul Group is a concierge services company founded in 2008 by David Amsellem..[1]. Based in London, John Paul has close to 1000 employees[2] located in Paris, San Francisco, Shanghai, Singapore[3], Sydney and other major cities.

John Paul was acquired by the AccorHotels Group in November 2016.[4]

LesConcierges Inc. was created in San Francisco[5] in 1987. In 2008, David Amsellem, a former Supélec student, introduced the concept of the private concierge in companies and created John Paul in Paris.

John Paul merged with LesConcierges in 2015[6].

In 2016, AccorHotels acquired John Paul[4]. Its founder David Amsellem retains a 20% stake in the company and continued to serve as Chief Executive Officer until 2018. In March 2018, Jérôme Richard became Group CEO.[7].

John Paul provides brands with customized loyalty solutions with services including travel booking, restaurant recommendation and reservation, organization of events, access to cultural and sporting events, and any kind of assistance for customers or employees[8] [9]

Its clients include, among others, VISA, Citroën, Air France[10], L'Oréal, OCBC, Smartronix and Parnasse[11]

• Customer loyalty: for companies to create an enduring bond with their clients,
• Employee loyalty: for companies to attract and retain their employees.
