Early life and education[edit]

Hunt was born in Montgomery, Alabama in 1980. His father was Radar technician and computer programer for the United States Air Force and his mother was a schoolteacher. Hunt attended various Christian schools throughout his childhood, but was primarily homeschooled by his parents. His father served eight years in the Air Force before attending Tennessee Temple University for a degree in Christian education and then Maryland Baptist Bible College for his Master of Arts degree. At the age of 15, Hunt began his first semester at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point (need citation)in the Fall of 1996 where he studied Trumpet Performance. In 1999, Hunt began attending Northland International University until he graduated in 2003 with a bachelors degree in Pastoral Studies and Biblical Languages.

Missionary Work[edit]

In the summer of 2002, Hunt completed his college internship in Kaohsiung, Taiwan as a missionary apprentice. Then in 2003, Hunt moved to Taiwan where he ministered in the city of Kaohsiung and in the surrounding mountains. In 2005, Hunt moved back to the United States to work in a Baptist church in Wisconsin. Hunt has also made several short-term mission trips to various countries.

Marriage and post-graduate education[edit]

On September 15th, 2007, Hunt married Heather Ann Huhta, a native of Ontonagon, Michigan. Heather had also attended Northland International University as well as Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. In 2012, the Hunts joined Bible Presbyterian Church in Merrill, Wisconsin, a church in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) denomination. Hunt came under care before moving to Jackson, Mississippi in 2013 to attend Reformed Theological Seminary where he obtained his Master of Divinity. He served in Jackson, MS at First Presbyterian Church (Jackson, Mississippi) as the Intern of Worship and Music under Rev. Dr. William K. Wymond and at Reformed Theological Seminary as a teaching assistant to Rev. Dr. J. Ligon Duncan III. In 2016, Hunt was licensed to preach by the Wisconsin State Presbytery of the PCA.

Pastoral work[edit]

In 2017, Hunt was named senior pastor of Armor Bible Presbyterian Church, PCA in Orchard Park, New York.
