K M Hasan Ripon is known as one of the most popular and successful Master Trainer in Bangladesh. In the last 15 years he was engaged in Human Resource Development in

various professional and life skills training. Today He is a regular and eminent seminar presenter and conference speaker on a wide variety of topics related to social, professional, motivational, leadership & management skills and expert on Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A).

He has attended many professional training courses in different discipline from national and international organizations and awarding authority. His professional attachment with ILO as Master Trainer , Jobsbd.com as lead Training Consultant, Junior Chamber International - Dhaka Central as 2013 Local President, National Youth Development Forum as Founder President, Assistant Secretary of International Software Testing Quality Board (ISTQB), British Alumni Association as Member and many others has brought him the recognition in his works & efforts. In the year 2012, Mr. Hasan has been nominated for ILO Fellowship in TAFE Hunter Institute, NSW, Australia for attending the course on “Teaching & Education” and successfully completed the program. He has also nominated for SIDA Fellowship in Stockholm

University, Uppsala University & Chalmers University for attending International Training Program in Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education in Sweden.

He is leading Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI) since 2002 as Director and under his dynamic leadership, BSDI received “Education Leadership Award 2012” from KRDWG, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India He is very much passionate in Human Resource Development and works specially for the Youth. He is proved as an indomitable orator who is able to develop & motivate others to achieve the targets and values in their life. He is always derived by his ardent dream to develop the youth to face the challenges of job market and formed a group National Youth Development Forum for his dream come true.

As a lead trainer, he has conducted many national and international trainings and workshops for national, transnational and multinational organization. Being the Training Coordinator, lead trainer or facilitator, he carried out training in Brac Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Islamic Bank, FAO, One Bank, WHO, ICDDRB, Katalyst (A Donor Agency from Swiss Contact), IDB Biswea, Save the Children, BFIDC, Directorate of Nursing Services, ILO, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Air force, ZTE, Australian High Commission, British American Tobacco, CIDA etc.

He also holds ICE Breaking Program (IBP) regularly for College & University students. IBP has become a very effective event in the education institutes in Bangladesh. Already he attended IBP in many public and private universities at home & Abroad.

His training has different levels of attendee. “Better Skill, Better Career” is the motto of his endeavor and he believes in the following words-Learn, Try, Practice and Demonstrate.
