Kamyar Zargari
Kamyar “Kami” Zargari is a real estate broker and is the founder of Triumph Property Management.[1] and Triumph Luxury Homes that operates in Las Vegas, Nevada[2].
Early life and education[edit]
Kamyar Zargari is of Persian Jewish Orthodox descent. He was born in Tehran, Iran to Kamran Zargari, a contractor, and Flora Zargari, a phlebotomist. He has one brother named Mahyar Zargari.
Kamyar and his family moved to Los Angeles where he spent most of his childhood and adolescence. He attended private Jewish schools, including Torat Hayim Hebrew Academy and Valley Torah High School. He then went to Santa Monica College and to University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to get his degree in Psychobiology [3].
Real estate career[edit]
After graduating, Kamyar went on to establish a real estate presence in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2006, he founded Triumph Property Management, a real estate company that specializes in home management, including tenant selection, maintenance, eviction, and more [3].
In 2017, he opened its sister company, Triumph Luxury Homes. It focuses solely on representing luxurious homes in Las Vegas.
He has been recognized numerous times for his work in the real estate industry. He is a two-time 40 under 40 awardee of the Young Professionals Network of Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors [4]. He was one of Top Agent Magazine’s Largest Third-Party Commercial Property Managers [5]. He was also one of MyVegas’s Top 100 Men of the Year in 2017 [6]and part of My Vegas’s Top 100 Men in Real Estate in 2018 .
His company, Triumph Property Management, has an A+ Rating accreditation from the Better Business Bureau [7] for their achievement of selling approximately 800 properties in Las Vegas [8]
Personal life[edit]
Kamyar Zargari moved with his wife, Sharona, in Las Vegas in 2006 and they currently have three children: Gabriella, Talia, and Elliot [5].
