Keiin International Institute (Chinese character: 啓寅) is a private university located in Ivanovka, Kyrgyzstan, established in 2012.
Named by the founder of the institution, Dr. Paul K. Synn, Keiin means "opening the dawn for the country(Kyrgyzstan) and Central Asia by providing quality education to future young leaders in the country and region beyond."[1]
In September 2012, KEIIN opened its doors to thirty students offering three major subjects and seven courses. [course contents needed]
As of 2017, the institution offers undergraduate degree program in Business Administration, Foreign Language, and Computer Science, as well as the College/University Preparatory Program(certified by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic).

- 2009 – purchased the main campus buildings in Ivanovka, Kyrgyzstan
- 2012 – General Education Program (GEP) in English launched
- 2013 – Business Administration Program launched
- 2015 – 3-year College license issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, Kyrgyzstan: Business Management, Computer Science (IT), and Tourism
- 2015 – MOU with University of Missouri, USA[2][3]
- 2016 – Enhanced High School Program for 10-11th grade launched
- 2017 – 4-year university license issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, Kyrgyzstan: Business Management, Computer Science (IT), and Foreign Language (April 11)
- 2017 – MOU with Kookmin University, Republic of Korea (May 13)[4]
- 2017 – MOU with Incheon National University, Republic of Korea (December)
- 2017 – MOU with Kosin University, Republic of Korea (December 13)[5]
- 2017 – MOU with Shinhan University, Republic of Korea (December)

Keiin's campus is located in Stantsiya Ivanovka, Chuy region in Kyrgyzstan, about 30km away from the capital city of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. The official address is 2A Nekrasova street, Stantsiya Ivanovka, Chuy province 725009, Kyrgyzstan.
